Well worth it

I love the fact that this walker has three different hight levels to choose from. The toy section is removable leaving only the tray itself -- very handy for those learning how to feed themselves! Another person stated that the batteries can not be replaced -- actually they can. It takes 4 - 1.5 round batteries. I have replaced them twice -- my daughter uses it that much. All you have to do is take off the toy section and release the steering wheel then open it up! Batteries are underneath. It sounds a lot more complicated thatn it is. Well worth the money!

AFTER LOOKING AT SEVERAL WALKERS, THIS WAS THE MOST FOR THE MONEY. MY SON USES IT CONSTANTLY! YES, ON CARPET IT DRAGS, BUT THEY ALL DO. I RATHER HAVE THE DRAG THAN HIM TOPPLE DOWN A STEP OR TIP OVER. THE GADGETS ALL WORK AFTER CONSTANT USE AND GETTING RAINED ON TWICE. IT IS NOT BULKY LIKE MOST OF THEM. IT IS A LITTLE SHORT, BUT THE IDEA IS TO HELP THEM WALK NOT STAND. THIS JUST KEEPS HIM FROM FALLING DOWN. IF YOUR KID CANNOT STAND THEN HE IS NOT READY FOR ANY WALKER, IT IS BAD ON THEIR ANKLES AND KNEES.

My dad dropped this off at the house while I was pregnant, saying that a lady at his work had 2 of these and she gave him 1 to give to me. I put it under the baby bed, thinking I'd probably never use this. When my baby was 5 1/2 mos old, I drug this out and put baby in it. It only took him a few days to figure out he could be all over the place in it and be face to face with our boxer! He's not so much entertained by the gadgets on here, but he loves this walker even more than the $80 Rain Forest Jumperoo I bought. I'm certainly glad I didn't toss this away when it was given to me! It's something I can put baby in and go about my business getting things done while he's exploring and bonding with the dog. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I think the songs it plays are a little lame and the activity center is lacking. (but don't tell my boy, he thinks it's the best thing ever!)

I bought this walker so that my daughter could move around, since she was no longer amused with the exersaucer. She is 5 months old and a little over 26in tall, after I bought the walker and had it all set up, the lowest setting is for 32" tall! That would mean, if she would keep growing at the rate that she is now, than she would be 10 months old by the time she can reach. NOT HAPPY for spending $30 almost by the time I drove to get it and paid the taxes and everything!

This is a cute walker. Unlike those in the other reviews, my son loves all the gadgets. They are good hand/eye tools. He spins the balls with his thumbs and flips them back and forth with his fingers. He has pulled the straps/rings holding the little balls so much, that one of them no longer fastens (quality issue, but cheap price). I bought it when he was six months. He is tall for his age, so his feet touched the floor. I imagine short/normal babies might not be able to move. Drawback: he loved pushing the horn to make music--yes it is lame to me, but he enjoys it. After 4 months, the battery is now dead and cannot be replaced. I guess that means the toy can't be handed down. Even at 10 months, he still enjoys taking it for a spin around the house.

I went shopping for a walker since my daughter tries to get her exersaucer to move around the house and can't. I just wanted to get a cheap one that would last. This was it. The only thing I found wrong with it and so did my daughter, is that the shortest level setting is still to tall. Her feet are about an inch off the ground still. She's 5 months old and is 60% for her height. If she points her feet enough she can move it barely. So I need to let her grow about another inch before she could use it. She loves to sit in it anyway and play with the toys. She loves music, so she likes the musical steering wheel. If the settings weren't too high, this would have been a 5 star rating. Love it!!!

We found this walker to be a pretty decent deal and product. It is difficult getting my son in and out of the seat, but that may be something that varies with every child. It folds down very nicely and is quite compact compared to other baby toys he has. He also has trouble getting the "horn" button in the middle of the steering wheel to play music (it's hard to push down.) The toys on the front are not the greatest. Overall, it's a good buy for the money, and if you aren't planning to use it a lot then I'd recommend it.

This item came undone somehow in the seat and my son was hanging by his neck and almost died. All of this literally happened within one I mean one minute. Even if you watch your child all the time in this it is not safe to own.
I know one other person that this also happened to and when we tried to call during their business hours they were closed. Spread the word to protect your children. Also I talked to the DR about this and she said that no one should be buying walkers anymore because they have way too many accidents. Buy something without wheels.

My son is 8 months old, pretty tall for his age (31 inches) and he just now can barely reach the floor. My mom has another kind of walker and he has been going everywhere since he was about 6 months old.
He loves the toys but it will not get any lower to the ground. By the time he can reach well he will be walking on his own.
